By accessing and using LingoRead ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
LingoRead is an AI-powered language learning platform that provides personalized reading passages, vocabulary tools, and comprehension exercises. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Billing: LingoRead offers subscription plans (monthly and annual). By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fee.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. We will provide notice of any price changes in advance.
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LingoRead and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Our Service allows you to save vocabulary, track progress, and generate personalized content. You retain ownership of your data, but you grant us a license to use, store, and process this data to provide and improve the Service.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
In no event shall LingoRead, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
