At LingoRead, we strive to provide the best language learning experience. However, we understand that our service may not work for everyone.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-Day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with LingoRead within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

Renewal charges (unless requested within 48 hours of renewal).
Partial billing periods after the 7-Day window.
Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.

3. Processing Refunds

Since our orders are processed by our payment provider, they handle the secure transaction processing.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your billing cycle.
