What "no negative marking" is worth

It means leaving an item blank is never correct. On a timed paper, that turns your last two minutes into pure upside: answer everything, including the items you did not reach properly. Candidates who carry a habit of caution from exams that do penalise guessing lose marks here for no reason at all.

Scores map to the NCLC through an official correspondence table, and the CEFR interpretation lives in a separate official document. This page therefore states the scale mapping that exists and does not assert a CEFR span for the version, because the awarding body does not present one on the page we verified.
